Wheels are generally made of hardened and tempered 42 CrMo4 alloy steel.
Wheel rolling face is induction hardened to reach a 400 to 450 HB hardness or higher, and deph higher than 8 mm.
Hardening treatment is guaranteed to show no discontinuance throughout the wheel rolling surface.
Motor shaft sizes and rolling surface widths can be modified to suit Cus-tomer´s requirements.
