The control valve is one of the "star lines" of Vector valves. We manufacture globe and butterfly control valves (quarter turn), being our cage guided globe control valve, our main manufactured product. We manufacture, as well, top-guided control valves.
Our large offer of trims, specially selected for any type and application, guarantee a perfect valve performance of the control valve under any operational condition, even using the most severe applications.
We have our own Calculation Software - VALSIZE - which make a pefect valve calculation as per ISA FCI-70.2 standard. Additionally we can perform noise calcuations, which together with strong and powerful CFD software (Computational Fluid Dynamics), guarantee our manufactured products for any requested application.
We manufacture valves for water service, steam, gas, semi-solid fluids, and all type of possible flluids and combinations.
A perfect combination of materials, specially selected to support high drop pressures, erosion, cavitation, flashing, etc.. are duly selected by our Engineering Department.
Additionally, our manufactured pneumatic diaphragm acuators, provide us a with a complete valve package. Other type of actuators, such as electric, hydraulic, etc.., together with the selected accessories, such as solenoid valves, booster relay, limit switches, etc... are also equipped in our valves, to provide to our Clients with the complete valve package as per their request.
