ARCOS HIDROULIC HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS Our hydraulic cylinders are designed for medium heavy and heavy industrial use. S-160 and S-200 are especially suitable for heavy mobile use. The sealing systems of the cylinders are adaptable to achieve the best possible functions. To ensure highest quality cylinder pipes, all welding is completed before processing the pipe. S-160 The S-160 cylinder is designed for medium heavy industrial use and heavy mobile use. In close co-operation with our customers we have met the demands of optimal function and simplicity in maintenance, at a low cost. The cylinder is built in two steel qualities; SS 2172 and acid-proof steel, SS 2343. The S-160 is painted as standard but if better protection from corrosion is required the cylinder can be covered with chemical nickel. The cover does not protect the cylinder from oxidizing acids, but is protecting against acidity from pH 4 and upwards. • S-160 is available as standard in two steel qualities; construction steel SS 2172, 20/ 30 MPa and acid resistant steel SS 2 343, 16/ 25 MPa. • S-160 is available as standard in eight dimensions, from Ø 40 to 200 mm. ISO-Standard 6020-1. Available with position sensors. • S-160 can be fitted with six different mountings. • S-160 is designed so that there is no metallic contact between moving parts. • S-160 is designed for high availability, long life span and easy maintenance. • S-160 is as standard equipped with two types of U-seal, for mobile use the cylinder is also equipped with compact seals on the piston. S-161 The S-161 cylinder is designed for medium heavy industrial use and heavy mobile use. In close co-operation with our customers we have met the demands of optimal function and simplicity in maintenance, at a low cost. • The S-161 is manufactured in steel, stainless steel and acid-proof steel. • S-161 is available in seven standard dimensions. If other dimensions are required, contact ARCOS. • S-161 is a standard equipped with multi-lip seals that handles hydrolysis, temperatures from -55 to + 155° C, water/ glycol and most environmentally compatible oils. • S-161 is designed to achieve maximum bearing. • S-161 is as an option available with position sensors. • S-161 is designed according to ISO STANDARD 6020-1, CETOP RP 58, NF E 48-015, VW 39 D920. • S-161 has six different means of mounting. • S-161 is available with custom adapted seal concepts. •
