• Gosan produces over 25.000 
  sheaves each year with an average diameter of 1000 mm. 
  the majority are welded 
  machined types, i.e., 
  manufactured from rolled steel 
  (or forged steel) and then welded 
  and finished. we also make 
  other types of sheaves such as 
  plastic sheaves and solid or 
  cast sheaves, although in 
  smaller numbers.

• Gosan has always aimed to be 
  a point of reference in the 
  market for the supply of 
  mechanical lifting and hoisting components. For this reason, 
  at the end of the eighties, we added hook blocks to our catalogue. 
  These products complement 
  the rest of our range and offer manufacturers of lifting and 
  hoisting equipment, and even 
  final users, the possibility 
  of using a single supply source 
  for their mechanical components.

• In line with the aim of offering a 
  wide range of complementary products to manufacturers 
  of lifting and hoisting equipment, Gosan included the manufacture 
  of couplings in its catalogue 
  right from the start.
• Production of these parts has 
  been adapted to the changing demands of the market as a 
  result of continuous development 
  and innovation on the part of our technical department.

• Wheels are generally made of hardened and tempered 
  42 CrMo4 alloy steel. 
  Wheel rolling face is induction hardened to reach a 400 to 450 HB hardness or higher, and deph 
  higher than 8 mm. Hardening treatment is guaranteed to show no discontinuance throughout the 
  wheel rolling surface.
  Motor shaft sizes and rolling 
  surface widths can be modified 
  to suit Cus-tomer´s requirements
